when we first entered our room we were very disappointed because it looked nothing like the picture on line except wall colors. the window sill were moldy and dirty and it was very close to the entrance and we could hear all the traffic. As we were contemplating to just leave and go somewhere else the lady at the front desk called the room to ask if the room was good for us. I explained my dissatisfaction politely to her and she went above and beyond to move me to a more suitable room. I have never had a call to make sure I was satisfied and that was customer service at the most top levels.

We did not bring a blow dryer..that’s ok and we did not bring shampoo and you know what that’s ok as well. This is an east fix. We missed tissues in room and a better internet connection ( usb ports) otherwise than that we slept pretty good and it worked for what was needed.
